This policy explains what information Cruisin to Help the Homeless collects through this website and how it is protected.
Information we collect
Donation forms are provided by Givebutter. Givebutter processes donor information and payment details under its own privacy and security practices. This website does not collect or store payment card information.
Future volunteer forms may collect your name, email address, phone number, availability, transportation access, skills or interests, message text, and whether you are seeking court-ordered community service placement.
Volunteer submissions
Volunteer submissions are emailed to the organization through Resend, our transactional email subprocessor. The site does not keep a separate volunteer submission database.
Volunteer submissions are deleted 90 days after the placement concludes. If no placement is made, the submission is deleted after follow-up is no longer needed.
Court-ordered community service status is treated as sensitive. It is used only to evaluate and coordinate a volunteer placement, and it is not published, sold, or shared for marketing.
Website analytics
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand basic traffic patterns without cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and does not track people across websites, so this site does not display a cookie consent banner for analytics.
